COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the K Flow 890245 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Milltronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the XGH500M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XPS30 manufactured by Milltronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Milltronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XGH100M by Manufacturer Keyence as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micromotion Brand CMF100M330NU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Motion such as 80SBM1805COAP equipment made by Motion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EE21032340 made by Namco as well as the popular 14745 original spares produced by Key

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IPF420MA315PSIG20PSIFR1 by Moore and 80SBM1805COAP spares by Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SLG420 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schmersal.
